Vitabiotics WellBaby Vitamin D Drops provide vitamin D3 for babies and young children, suitable from birth to 4 years. This double pack contains two 30ml bottles, 60ml in total.

Who this is for

UK guidance is that breastfed babies from birth to one year should be given a daily supplement containing 8.5 to 10 micrograms of vitamin D. Babies having more than 500ml of infant formula a day do not need a supplement, because formula is already fortified with vitamin D. Children aged 1 to 4 are advised to have a daily 10 microgram supplement. If you are unsure whether your child needs this, ask your health visitor, pharmacist or GP.

Usage

Give the daily dose stated on the pack, directly into the mouth or mixed with food or milk, preferably with a meal. Suitable from birth to 4 years. Do not exceed the recommended intake, and do not give alongside another vitamin D supplement without checking the combined dose.
