90-day free returns
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free: we'll send you a prepaid returns label.
What can be returned
Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened, unless they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
How to return an item
- Email help@perfectnutri.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll email you a free prepaid returns label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them back using the label.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, and cover any return postage, even if the item has been opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.
