Vitabiotics Pregnacare Original - 90 caps

Vitabiotics Pregnacare Original is a once-daily multivitamin and mineral tablet formulated for women who are trying to conceive or are already pregnant. It provides 19 vitamins and minerals, including folic acid at 400µg and vitamin D at 10µg, the levels recommended by the Department of Health during pregnancy.

Pregnacare Original contains no vitamin A. Instead it provides natural mixed carotenoids, which the body converts to vitamin A according to need. It also provides iron, iodine, zinc, calcium and B vitamins.

Usage

Take one tablet each day with water, preferably with your main meal. Can be started at any point during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Contraindications

Due to the vitamin K present in Pregnacare, do not take if you are on anti-coagulants unless advised to do so by a doctor.

Contains soya. Do not use if you have a soya allergy.
