Usage

Take one capsule daily, preferably at breakfast with plenty of water. Avoid taking within 30 minutes of coffee or other hot drinks. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

• 25% — Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111)
• 10% — Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-114)
• 7% — Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119)
• 6% — Bifidobacterium bifidum (HA-132)
• 3% — Lactobacillus casei (HA-108)
• 3% — Bifidobacterium longum (HA-135)
• 1% — Lactobacillus salivarius (HA-118)

In a base of microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbic acid and magnesium stearate. Vegetarian capsule.
