Usage

Suitable from 1 year of age. Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. It is generally taken starting 3 to 5 days before departure, throughout the trip, and for 2 days after returning. If you cannot swallow capsules, they can be opened and the contents mixed into a cold drink or cold food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required.

Per capsule: 5 billion live cultures. Stabiliser: potato starch. Live cultures: Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Saccharomyces boulardii, Lactobacillus acidophilus Rosell-52. Vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Allergen and safety information

Milk is not an ingredient, but it is used during production. If you have a milk allergy, check with the manufacturer or your doctor before use.

Contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a live yeast. Not suitable for anyone avoiding yeast. It is also not suitable for people who are immunocompromised, critically ill, or who have a central venous catheter — speak to a doctor first if any of these apply.
