Recommended Use:
Optibac One Week Flat can be taken from 4 years old and upwards
One sachet to be taken daily for 7 consecutive days, or as frequently as you wish, ideally with breakfast.
After shaking the sachet, slowly sprinkle the contents into a glass of water (filled by an inch). Swirl the glass to ensure that the powder is fully dissolved before drinking.
It is suggested that Optibac One Week Flat is taken for 7 consecutive days. Alternatively, this course can be taken periodivally e.g. monthly, or ongoing basis as you prefer.
Optibac One Week Flat does not need to kept in the fridge. Store the box of sachets in a cool, dry place below 25°C and out of direct sunlight.
