Optibac For women - 14 caps

Description

Optibac For Women combines three researched friendly bacteria strains, formulated to support women's intimate flora. The strains are naturally found in the urinary and vaginal tract. Optibac state that, taken orally, the strains survive to reach the vagina alive. Suitable for women of all ages, including during pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. This pack contains 14 capsules.

Usage

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. This can be increased to 2 capsules a day if wished. Can be taken intensively or on an ongoing basis, and alongside other Optibac supplements.

If you cannot swallow capsules, they can be opened and the contents mixed into a cold drink or cold food.

Contents and Ingredients

Per capsule: 2.5 billion live cultures.

Maltodextrin (natural source); live cultures: Lactobacillus paracasei F-19®, Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14®, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1®; vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Following taxonomic updates published in April 2020, a reclassification has been proposed for the L. paracasei, L. rhamnosus and L. reuteri species. The active ingredients in For Women may therefore also be referred to as Lacticaseibacillus paracasei F-19®, Limosilactobacillus reuteri RC-14® and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GR-1®.
