Usage

Suitable from 4 years of age. Take 1 capsule daily, preferably at breakfast, with plenty of water. This can be increased to 2 capsules a day. Can be used on an ongoing basis. If you cannot swallow capsules, they can be opened and the contents mixed into a cold drink or cold meal.

Refrigeration is not needed before opening. After opening, refrigerate with the lid tightly closed.

Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
