Q:  Is Optibac Every Day Extra appropriate to use during Pregnancy?
A:  Yes, that is perfectly fine and many of our pregnant pharmacy patients love it!

Q:  Is there an age restriction on this product?
A:  Optibac Every Day Extra is suitable for Adults and Children (from 4 years old upwards)

Q:  Do I have to store Optibac Every Day Extra in fridge?
A:  Prior to opening, Optibac Every Day Extra does not require refrigeration. After opening, we would suggesting refrigerating and keep the lid tightly shut.

Q:  Why should I choose Optibac Every Day Extra over culture yoghurt drinks?
A:  Yoghurt drink tend to have very high amounts of sugar to create their taste (often more than cola!)  This can be counterprodutive to the live bacteria. Furthermore, to achieve the same strength as one capsule of Optibac Every Day Extra, you would need to often drink litres of the yoghurt, which we certainly would not recommend!

Q:  Can I overdose on this?
A:  This would be extremely difficult to do as each capsule contains 20 billion bacteria, whilst the average gut has 100 trillion bacteria!
