Optibac Bifido & Fibre - 30 sachets

Optibac Bifido & Fibre provides the live culture strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12, combined with fructooligosaccharide (FOS) fibres. Supplied as 30 single-dose sachets.

• Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Free from dairy, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and parabens

Usage

Suitable from 1 year of age. Shake the sachet before opening, then sprinkle slowly into a glass of water and stir until fully dissolved before drinking. Drink plenty of water alongside it.

Start with 1 sachet per day with food. This can be increased to up to 4 sachets if wished or if directed by a healthcare professional. For ongoing use, 1 sachet per day is usually sufficient.

Some people find FOS causes wind in the first few days as the body adjusts. If this continues beyond three or four days, consider reducing the dose.
