Description

Each Lamberts Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex tablet delivers 200mg of L-Theanine, an amino acid found in tea, and 6000mg of lemon balm. There are also three important B vitamins: folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid. This supplement is suitable for vegetarians.

Usage

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not recommended for children or pregnant or lactating women. To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light.

Disintegration time: less than 1 hour.
