Description

Each Lamberts Silica Complete tablet delivers 200mg of silica from bamboo gum, one of the richest natural sources. This bamboo-derived silica is known for its high organic silica content. The formula also includes 300mg of MSM, a natural sulphur-containing compound. Also present are vitamin C, biotin, and zinc. It is suitable for vegetarians.

Usage

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
