Lamberts Rutin & Vitamin C 500mg + Bioflavonoids brings together a full 500mg of vitamin C with two naturally sourced bioflavonoids. The rutin comes from buckwheat, while the hesperidin is taken from citrus fruit skins. The formula also contains citrus bioflavonoid complex. It is suitable for vegetarians.
Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed. To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light. Allergen advice: see ingredients in bold. The following allergens are excluded: wheat, barley, soya, eggs, milk (and milk products), lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish, yeast, and gluten-containing ingredients.
