Each Lamberts® Natural Plant Sterols 800mg tablet delivers 800mg of pure plant sterols, including up to 80% beta-sitosterols. We highlight the amount of actual sterols, not just the compound weight. Plant sterols are naturally found in vegetable oils and grains.

Usage

Take one to three tablets daily. This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, speak to your doctor before use. Total dietary intake of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
