Description
Lamberts Multi-Guard® ADR is a formula combining a wide range of nutrients and herbs. It includes a complete vitamin B complex, with special attention to pantothenic acid. The formula also provides a full 300mg of magnesium. You'll find Korean ginseng root here too, supplied as an extract. Rhodiola rosea is another key ingredient, included as an extract rather than just powdered herb. There's also co-enzyme Q10, provided at 30mg per daily dose. Taurine features at 50mg. Other nutrients in this formula include vitamin C, iron, copper, and zinc.
Usage
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with either lunch or dinner, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
