Description
Lamberts Multi-Guard® is a high-strength, one-a-day multivitamin and mineral formula designed for adults. It's packed with a wide mix of nutrients, offering both good strength and variety. You’ll find vitamins C, E, and D, plus vitamin B complex amongst others. What really stands out is its broad spread of trace minerals. Selenium and chromium levels are present in high levels too. Multi-Guard® now also features a special blend of plant extracts from green tea and rosemary. Each tablet provides 625 ORAC units.
Usage
Adults aged 18 and over: take 1 tablet daily, always with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed 800mg EGCG daily. Do not take with other green tea products.

Tableted with: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, tablet coating (polydextrose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, colour: iron oxides), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), crosslinked cellulose gum, acacia. Disintegration time: less than 1 hour.
