Lamberts® L-Histidine HCl 500mg is a pure, free-form amino acid in a simple capsule form. Each capsule gives you 500mg of L-Histidine HCl.  Each bottle gives you 30 capsules.

Usage

Take 1 to 6 capsules daily. It’s best to have amino acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk. Try to take them about half an hour before a meal or at bedtime. This product isn’t recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Be sure to store it in a cool, dry place and protect it from light.
