Lamberts® L-Glutamine 500mg capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, giving peace of mind for those following plant-based diets. Glutamine itself is naturally present in protein-rich foods such as red meat, nuts, and fish. It comes from glutamic acid, another amino acid. 

Usage

Take 1 to 6 capsules daily. It’s best to take amino acids about half an hour before a meal or at bedtime. They are preferable with fruit juice or water rather than milk. This product is not recommended for children or pregnant or lactating women. Please store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
