The extract in these tablets is 95% curcumins, the part that gives turmeric its bright yellow colour. The tablets are coated so they’re easy to swallow and have no taste.
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily.
Men aged 18+: Take 1 tablet daily.
Women aged 50+: Take 1 tablet daily.
