Each Lamberts GTF Chromium (as Picolinate) tablet provides 200µg of chromium, supplied as picolinate. Chromium is a trace mineral.

Usage

Take 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the daily intake of 200µg. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
