Lamberts® Glucosamine QCV brings together three key ingredients in one simple tablet. Each one delivers 929mg of glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, 300mg of apple cider vinegar (about the same as a dessertspoon’s worth) and 25mg of quercetin, a natural compound found in fruits and vegetables. The daily dose is just one to two tablets a day. It is not suitable during pregnancy or for those with shellfish allergies.

Usage

1 to 2 tablets daily.
