Lamberts® Gentle Vitamin C 500mg tablets are made with calcium ascorbate, which is a non-acidic form of vitamin C. Each tablet delivers 500mg of vitamin C and over 70mg of calcium. Up to four tablets can be taken daily, regularly spaced out. Also, they are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
