This one-a-day Lamberts Cod Liver Oil formula delivers high levels of EPA and DHA. We use the finest cod liver oil, refined through a five-stage purification process to remove the natural fishy odour. Each soft capsule also provides the recommended daily amounts of vitamins A, D₃ and E.
