Lamberts Cinnamon 2500mg uses a pure, high-strength extract of cinnamon bark, not culinary cinnamon. Each tablet delivers 2,500 mg of cinnamon bark (from 100 mg of a 25:1 extract). The flavour and aroma come from compounds in the bark’s essential oil. Tablets are coated to make them taste-free and easy to swallow, yet they still smell pleasantly of cinnamon. Daily intake is 1 tablet.

Take 1 tablet daily.
