Description
Lamberts Chromium Complex is a one-a-day formula providing chromium. Chromium tends to be depleted from foods by processing and refining. Diets low in whole-grain cereals may not supply enough of this trace mineral. We use organic chromium picolinate to help ensure maximum absorption. Each tablet delivers 200 µg of chromium and high levels of magnesium, plus other key nutrients. Daily intake is one tablet.
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily.
**Cautions:** Diabetics are advised to consult their medical practitioner before using this preparation. Daily intake should not exceed 200 µg of chromium.
