Lamberts Bromelain 1250 GDU is made from the stem of fresh pineapples. Each tablet delivers 1250 GDU (400mg of bromelain) of this naturally sourced enzyme. It is suitable for vegetarians. 

Usage

For joint care: Take 3 tablets daily – one between each meal – for the first week. After that, you can take 1 tablet daily for 3 to 6 months.
For digestive care: Take 1 tablet before each main meal, up to a maximum of 3 per day.

**Cautions:** Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
**Storage:** Keep in a cool, dry place away from light.
