Usage

Recommended Intake: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as professionally directed. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Not suitable for planned pregnancy, pregnancy, breastfeeding or children under 18.

Do not use on the same day as other products containing green tea. Caution is advised with anticoagulant medication. If you are under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
