BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original Spray provides a 100ml solution, designed for easy application. This product is formulated to be a convenient part of your daily routine, offering a spray mechanism for simple topical use.

Usage

Aim to spray 5 to 10 sprays around the body and massage into the skin thoroughly to enhance absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

Focus on the joints, muscles and any other problem areas and reapply as required.

The bottle holds approximately 600 sprays and 10 sprays delivers 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

For children, halve the number of sprays, as their daily supplementation need is lower than an adult's.

Once opened, store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

The magnesium tingle: on initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores.
